Job summary

Sodexo is seeking experienced Chefs to join our regional Queensland operations, based on a FIFO/BIBO from Brisbane. You will prepare meals across breakfast, crib and dinner services in a high-volume kitchen, while maintaining food safety and HACCP standards.

This casual and permanent opportunity offers a 14:7 roster, 11-hour days, and meals and accommodation provided on site. The role supports long-term career growth within a global organisation and requires full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens.
• Strong food safety and hygiene knowledge.
• Able to work well in a team and independently.
• Able to work in remote environments and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol test.
• Full Australian working rights.
