Tony's Woodfire in Beecroft, NSW, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will own your section, maintain high standards, and thrive in a fast-paced dining environment.

This full-time role requires solid kitchen operations knowledge, a focus on food safety, and a team-oriented attitude. Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef is preferred, with a Food Safety Supervisor certificate or willingness to obtain.

Formación

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Solid knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly under pressure during busy services.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in food quality and presentation.
• A team player who communicates well and supports those around them.
• Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Passion for food and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality.

Responsabilidades

• Running your section efficiently and confidently during service
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to Tony's Woodfire standards
• Ensuring consistency in quality, portion, and presentation every service
• Managing mise en place for your section — prep, stock levels, and organisation
• Following and upholding food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
• Supporting and mentoring junior kitchen staff
• Communicating effectively with the Head Chef and broader kitchen team
• Contributing to a positive, professional kitchen culture
