Crown Sydney's Epicurean venue is hiring a Chef de Partie for a premium, high-volume culinary operation. You’ll report to the Sous Chef and kitchen leadership, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes while upholding HACCP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Experience in Western hot and cold kitchen operations, sushi preparation, and wok sections.
• Experience in a quality restaurant, hotel, resort, or high-volume dining environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and attention to detail.
• Support daily operations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Maintain exceptional culinary standards, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
