EVT Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie to produce high-quality dishes across all services in our Australian venues, maintaining recipe knowledge and portion control. Join a dynamic kitchen that values collaboration and the delivery of on-brand hospitality.

You will operate in a fast-paced environment, uphold safety standards, and contribute to meetings and team support. This role offers opportunities for rapid career growth within EVT’s hotel and entertainment network.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Solid understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Collaborative mindset and genuine hospitality focus.

Responsabilidades

• Produce high-quality dishes across all services in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain strong recipe knowledge for all menu items.
• Uphold portion control, quality control and waste minimisation practices.
• Monitor food storage, rotation and cleanliness to meet hotel and WHS standards.
• Ensure all standard recipes are followed across outlets.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment within the kitchen and service teams.
• Comply with all policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Care for and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Attend scheduled meetings and support the team with additional duties as required.
