EVT, owner of Rydges Adelaide, is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our vibrant kitchen team. You will produce high-quality dishes across all services, maintain recipe knowledge and uphold hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced hotel kitchen.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Commitment to hygiene, safety and presentation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality dishes across all services in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain strong recipe knowledge for all menu items.
• Uphold portion control, quality control and waste minimisation practices.
• Monitor food storage, rotation and cleanliness to meet hotel and WH&S standards.
• Ensure all standard recipes are followed across outlets.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment within the kitchen and service teams.
• Comply with all operational policies, procedures and safety guidelines.
• Care for and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Attend scheduled meetings and support the team with additional duties as required.

What You’ll Bring
