EVT Limited's Rydges Adelaide is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Bring 2+ years of Chef de Partie experience and a passion for quality produce to deliver high‑quality dishes across all services in a dynamic hospitality environment.

You’ll maintain recipe knowledge, ensure portion control and safety standards, and support a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences. This full-time role offers career growth within EVT’s hotel and entertainment network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Solid understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• A passion for quality produce and thoughtful, well executed dishe.

Responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality dishes across all services in line with the restaurant’s standards.
• Maintain strong recipe knowledge for all menu items
• Uphold portion control, quality control and waste minimisation practices
• Monitor food storage, rotation and cleanliness to meet hotel and WH&S standards
• Ensure all standard recipes are followed across outlets
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within required timeframes
• Foster a collaborative, respectful working environment within the kitchen and service teams
• Comply with all operational policies, procedures and safety guidelines
• Care for and maintain kitchen equipment
• Attend scheduled meetings and support the team with additional duties as required
