Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an à la carte environment.
• Larder, Wok and Grill experience advantageous.
• Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded.
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
• Strong work ethic and a 'can do' attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
• Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holidays.
