The Lucas Collective is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the Chin Chin Sydney team. You will work in a high-energy, high-volume kitchen and contribute to the restaurant's renowned service.

Ideal candidates have a passion for Asian cuisine, strong communication, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. Immediate start available with ongoing training and opportunities for growth within the group.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience as Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment.
• Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded.
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for chefs to join our team at Chin Chin Sydney. This is an amazing opportunity to either start your culinary journey and learn from the best in the industry or to utilise your skills and experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment
• Larder, Wok and Grill experience advantageous
• Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment
• Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Understanding of food safety standards
• Willing and able to work rotating roster that includesweekend and public holiday.
