Job summary

Lucas Collective is seeking enthusiastic and experienced waitstaff to join our lively FOH crew at Chin Chin Sydney. You will deliver exceptional service, maintain a guest-focused attitude and help create a memorable dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have demonstrated experience in high-volume service, strong communication, and be willing to work weekends and late shifts. RSA certification is required to work in NSW hospitality venues.

• Exceptional service skills and guest-focused approach.
• Adaptable and able to perform under pressure during peak service.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Demonstrated experience as a Waitstaff in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional service skills and be guest focused
• Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
• Organisational and time management skills
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
• Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shift
• Must hold an RSA Certificate
