Job summary

Chin Chin Sydney, part of Lucas Collective, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join its busy kitchen. This is an exciting chance to develop technical skills in a high-volume, tapas-style environment and learn from experienced chefs.

You will work across larder, wok and grill stations, contribute to a diverse menu, and uphold strict food safety standards. A rotating roster including weekends and public holidays applies, with immediate start options and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Partie in an a la carte environment.
• Larder, Wok and Grill experience advantageous.
• Asian cuisine knowledge is highly regarded.
• Experience in high volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Resilient and able to perform in high-pressure service periods.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of food safety standards.
• Willing and able to work rotating roster that includes weekend and public holiday.
