Vogue Cafe Sydney is seeking 3 Chef de Partie to join our premium harbour-front dining team at Darling Harbour. You will assist in daily kitchen operations, design seasonal menus, and uphold high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while working within a major hospitality group.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years’ experience in a busy kitchen environment.
• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery / Kitchen Management is essential.
• Ability to manage workflow, organisation and high daily output.

Aufgaben

• Assist in the daily operations of the kitchen.
• Design seasonal menus using available seasonal ingredients to maximise flavour and reduce costs.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, safety and presentation.
• Monitor food supplies, place orders with vendors, inspect freshness, and minimize waste.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the kitchen team.
• Enforce strict food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
