Odd Culture Group is seeking a confident Chef de Partie for Bar Bruno in Sydney’s CBD. You will own your section during peak service and help drive high-quality dish execution with the head chef and team.

We value individuals who are calm under pressure, detail-oriented and eager to grow within a progressive hospitality group. RSA knowledge is preferred, with opportunities to mentor juniors and contribute to a vibrant kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
• Experience in busy, quality-driven kitchens.
• RSA certification is preferred for service in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section during busy services.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and cleanliness.
• Follow food safety and kitchen procedures at all times.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen teammates.
