Responsibilities

• Lead lunch and dinner service with confidence and energy.
• Coach and support the floor team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage shift operations including sections, service flow, opens and closes.
• Ensure compliance with RSA, licensing requirements and company standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar to deliver seamless service.
