Jackalope Hotels on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will manage a busy section, uphold recipes and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced, 5-star environment.

Ideal candidates have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and at least two years’ experience in a high-quality restaurant, plus a valid Australian driver's license and full working rights.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a car.
• Full working rights in Australia.
