A hospitality recruitment agency is seeking a Chef de Partie for a full-time position within 100km of Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification and a minimum of 3 years' experience. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills in a supportive environment, with salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 plus super. Sponsorship is available for candidates already in Australia.

Qualifications

  • Menu planning and estimating food and labour costs.
  • Liaising with suppliers to ensure quality of ingredients.
  • Monitoring quality of dishes during preparation and presentation.
  • Ensuring hygiene regulations are met.

Location: Regional Victoria Mornington Peninsula Work Type: Full Time Salary: 65K to 70K + super

We have an exciting opportunity for a chef de partie at this venue within 100km from Melbourne.

Successful candidates will have a strong work ethic, and the ability to perform in a fast paced kitchen. In return you will be provided with a work place where you will be able to continue to learn and develop your skills under the guidance of a supportive team and sponsorship is available however the candidate must already be in Australia to apply.

Salary Range: $65,000 – $70,000 Plus Super

Duties
  • Menu planning
  • Estimating food and labour costs
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation
  • Ensuring hygiene regulations are met
  • Freezing and preserving foods
Qualifications
  • Completion of a relevant Commercial Cookery qualification including Cert IV or Diploma of Hospitality are a minimum requirement.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience is also a requirement for this CDP role
