Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.
• Sound technical skills, strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for seasonal produce, quality ingredients and contemporary cuisine.
• The ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced, high-standard kitchen.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
• High standards of food safety, hygiene and kitchen presentation.
• A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and continue developing your culinary skills.
