Inrecruit is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie for a busy pub kitchen in Blacktown. You will manage your section, prepare and present dishes, and support the Head and Sous Chefs with menu development.

The ideal candidate has commercial cookery qualifications and experience in a busy pub or restaurant. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays is essential; this full-time role offers a competitive salary in AUD plus super.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Chef de Partie or prepared to step into the role.
• Experience in a busy pub, bistro or restaurant kitchen.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Relevant commercial cookery qualifications.

Aufgaben

• Manage your allocated kitchen section for efficient preparation and service.
• Prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Organise daily mise en place and stock for service.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef with menu development and daily specials.
• Monitor ingredient quality, portions and presentation.
• Assist with ordering, stock rotation and waste control.
• Prepare meals for dietary requirements and allergen management.
• Support and guide junior chefs, apprentices and kitchen hands.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house for timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organised workspace and follow food safety procedures.
