Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-volume pub, hotel, or restaurant environment.
• Competent on pans and grill.
• Strong organisational and communication skills under high-pressure service windows.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your assigned kitchen section, ensuring preparation, cooking, and presentation meet exact venue standards
• Maintain absolute consistency across our diverse menu, from high-volume pub classics to premium bistro dishes
• Uphold rigorous hygiene, food safety, and stock management protocols
• Work cohesively alongside senior chefs while mentoring and supporting junior apprentices and kitchen hands
