Job summary

Redcape Hospitality is seeking a full-time Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at Prospect Hotel Motel in Western Sydney. The successful candidate will lead a section through prep and service, working across grill, pans, fryers and larder with a strong focus on food safety and stock control.

We welcome an experienced CDP or a Demi Chef ready to step up, and offer a supportive, values-based team environment where you can develop skills across our 50+ venues.

Qualifications

• Experience running a section in a pub, bistro or high‑volume kitchen.
• Confident across grill, pans, fryers and larder.
• Strong food safety practices and stock rotation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality pub meals.
• Independently run your section through prep and service.
• Work across grill, pans, fryers and larder.
• Manage food preparation, stock rotation and food safety.
• Keep your section clean, organised and ready for service.
• Support the team to deliver consistent food every shift.
