Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead Breakfast Service with passion and precision. You will own your section, prepare high-quality breakfast dishes, and uphold Four Seasons standards in a fast-paced luxury kitchen.

You will mentor junior chefs, ensure food safety, manage mise en place, and collaborate with service to deliver memorable guest experiences at the Rocks location.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef ready to step up.
• Experience in breakfast operations and high-volume morning production.
• Solid knowledge of food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality breakfast dishes according to Four Seasons standards.
• Own the breakfast section and ensure smooth early-morning service.
• Deliver exceptional food quality and presentation for buffet and à la carte.
• Train and develop junior culinary team members.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace health and safety requirements.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, inventory management, and minimising food waste.
• Prepare daily mise en place to ensure the breakfast operation is fully set up.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to create memorable breakfast experiences.
• Accommodate dietary requirements and guest preferences with care.
