Job summary

The Royal Motor Yacht Club of NSW is seeking a Chef de Partie to maintain high culinary standards within our newly renovated dining facilities. You will work alongside the Executive Chef, manage your section, and contribute to a professional, ambitious team focused on exceptional food and memorable dining experiences.

Join our waterfront Point Piper venue and help deliver outstanding dishes, maintain food quality, and support junior chefs in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
• Solid culinary skills and attention to detail.
• Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a busy kitchen.
• Takes pride in food quality and presentation.
• Positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team.
• Understands food safety procedures and kitchen hygiene standards.

• Managing your designated kitchen section efficiently during preparation and service.
• Preparing and presenting dishes to consistently high standards.

• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS standards.
• Assisting with stock control, ordering and minimising food waste.
