Marlow Hotel Group in New South Wales is inviting industry professionals to join our award-winning hotels. The bistro operates seven days a week from 11:30 am to 9 pm and offers Bar, Gaming, TAB, Food and Accommodation across eight hotels in Sydney and NSW.

Job description

The Marlow Hotel Group is an exciting, dynamic expanding hotel group consisting of eight hotels throughout Sydneyand NSW including, Peachtree hotel (Penrith), Silverwater Hotel (Silverwater), Kings Park Tavern (Kings Park),Intersection Tavern (Ramsgate)& more. The group operates quality Hotel Bistro Operations throughout all their hotels.

The bistro will operate seven days a week from 1130am-9pm and runs all traditional hotel facilities including Bar, Gaming, TAB, Food and Accommodation.

Currently weare looking for other industry professionals to join our team while receivingsupport, coaching and direction from our executive chef. We requirecooks and chefs that want to join an award winning hotel group.
