Job summary

We’re looking for a passionate and reliable breakfast chef to join our team at Zayn’s BBQ House and help deliver a new breakfast menu featuring Western favourites and Turkish-inspired dishes.

You will prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard, manage kitchen prep and service, and present each plate with care. Join a growing breakfast offering and contribute ideas to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous breakfast chef experience in a café or restaurant
• Confident with eggs, breakfast classics and brunch dishes
• Able to manage a busy service while maintaining quality
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working independently and with a team
• Available for early morning shifts and weekends
• Experience with Turkish or Middle Eastern breakfast dishes is highly regarded
