COFFEE BROTHERS MONA VALE in Mona Vale, NSW seeks a hands-on cafe kitchen role. You will prepare and execute a busy breakfast and lunch menu with a focus on fresh, quality food. The position requires staying calm under pressure, maintaining hygiene standards and efficient kitchen operations.

Early starts from 6am and weekend shifts are required. You will work as part of a friendly team, ensuring smooth service during peak periods and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
