Deanes Coaches Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Charter and Tours Reservations Officer to support our Auburn depot in Sydney. This busy, customer-facing role sits at the center of our travel operations, coordinating with drivers, operations and clients to keep trips running smoothly.

You will handle charter quotes, bookings, payments and tour arrangements, while providing friendly service in a high-volume environment. Comprehensive training and a supportive, family-owned team await you.

This is a busy, varied role at the centre of Deanes Coaches Group's Sydney operation. No two days are the same. You'll work closely with the operations team, drivers and customers to make sure every trip runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Preparing and sending charter quotes

Managing charter bookings, including final details checks and booking amendments

Booking tours, taking payments and keeping customers informed

Handling operational administration: lost property enquiries, complaints and compliments, driver and customer communication, and general admin

Answering general enquiries by phone and email

About you
