Likewize is seeking an Online & Marketplace Manager in Melbourne to own the digital commerce strategy across owned online stores and marketplace channels. You will drive revenue, profitability and customer experience while ensuring seamless operations and integration across platforms.

You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, Category, IT, and Operations to optimise products, pricing, content and promotions, and to expand channel reach.

Formación

• Demonstrated eCommerce and marketplace experiences in online retail or related industries.
• Proven track record driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
• Strong understanding of digital merchandising and customer journey optimization.
• Experience with analytics to turn data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for reporting and decision support.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the online and marketplace strategy across owned stores and third‑party channels.
• Lead platform performance, onboarding, and digital trading initiatives to drive revenue.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, IT and Operations to optimise inventory, pricing and content.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, traffic, conversion and AOV, and drive improvement.
• Manage relationships with marketplace and technology partners to meet growth targets.
