Job summary

Lime Recruitment is partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Change Lead for the IWFM Program. You will implement and operationalise sustainable change strategies across a large-scale rostering and payroll rollout, delivering hands-on change delivery and broad stakeholder engagement.

Based in Bowen Hills with hybrid working, you will lead adoption, readiness activities, training, and coaching of program staff, while collaborating with business transformation teams

Qualifications

• Strong background in change management and business transformation in large organisations.
• Experience in health sector or workforce management/HR/rostering implementations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and coach frontline managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities to ensure successful transition and adoption.
• Collaborate with transformation teams to implement new or modified processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and leadership enablement across the organisation.
• Deliver program strategies, toolkits, and collateral aligned with change methodologies.
• Identify risks, manage issues, and propagate lessons learned.
• Coach program staff and local leaders to build change capability.
• Conduct readiness activities and training/adoption support in operations.
• Foster relationships across business, clinical, and technical teams.
