Job summary

Lime Recruitment is partnering with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Change Lead for the IWFM Program. You will implement and operationalise sustainable change strategies across a large-scale rostering and payroll rollout, delivering hands-on change delivery and broad stakeholder engagement.

Based in Bowen Hills with hybrid working, you will lead adoption, readiness activities, training, and coaching of program staff, while collaborating with business transformation teams

Qualifications

• Experience in health sector or workforce management/HR/rostering implementations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and coach frontline managers.

Contract to 20/03/2027 with possible extension | Bowen Hills | Hybrid Working

Lime Recruitment is currently working with a Queensland Government client to recruit an experienced Change Lead. In this role, you will implement and operationalise sustainable business process change strategies for the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program, leading hands-on change delivery and stakeholder engagement across a large-scale electronic rostering and payroll system rollout.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management implementation activities to ensure successful business transition and operational adoption.
• Work collaboratively with the Central Business Transformation team and Change Management Specialists to implement new or modified business processes.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, change communication, and leadership enablement across all levels of the organisation.
• Deliver program strategies, toolkits, and collateral in alignment with approved change management methodologies.
• Perform risk and issue identification, championing change management best practices and lessons learned.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to program staff and local leaders to build change capability and foster leader-led change.
• Conduct business change impact assessments, readiness activities, and training/adoption support within operational environments.
• Foster collaborative relationships across business, clinical, and technical teams in high-pressure or ambiguous environments.

About You

• Strong background and expertise in change management and business transformation within large, complex organisations.
• Proven experience in operational leadership, hands-on change delivery, stakeholder engagement, training, and benefits realisation.
• Demonstrated experience in health sector environments or large-scale workforce management / HR / payroll / rostering implementations (e.g. SAP, Infor WFM).
• Ability to influence senior leaders and frontline managers, enabling leader-led change through coaching, advocacy, and local capability building.
• Strong change planning, impact analysis, resistance management, conceptualisation, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Change Management or Project Management (e.g., PROSCI) are highly regarded.
