Job summary

Wesfarmers Health, based in Melbourne, seeks an experienced Change Manager to drive organisational readiness across payroll, workforce management and people systems. You will lead end-to-end change, training and communications for a large-scale transformation program.

You will partner with business leaders and SMEs to prepare teams for new systems and processes, ensuring adoption and long-term value realization across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading change management, training and communications in large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of organisational change methodologies and adoption practices.
• Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation and influencing across all organisational levels.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness activities and adoption planning.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and delivery skills within fast-paced project environments.

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. In this role, you'll drive organisational readiness across a broad range of change activities and transformation projects.

Reporting to the Strategy and Transformation Manager, you will be working closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, implementation partners and project teams, you will help prepare impacted stakeholders for new systems, processes and ways of working, ensuring a successful transition and long-term adoption.

The initial focus will be on a large-scale Payroll and Workforce Management transformation program and you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end change, training and communications strategy across multiple interconnected workstreams spanning payroll, workforce management and people systems.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to business-critical transformation that will support thousands of team members across a complex operational environment.

What you'll do:
