Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a Change Manager to lead adoption across enterprise programs in Sydney, ensuring people are supported with clear communication, training and engagement as initiatives are rolled out.

Reporting to a senior transformation leader, you’ll develop change strategies, conduct readiness assessments, partner with leaders to manage adoption, measure outcomes and coach stakeholders through periods of change to improve capability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experienced in organisational change and transformation environments
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across varied audiences
• Strong capability in communication, facilitation and engagement
• Ability to identify risks and develop practical mitigation plans
• Experienced delivering learning and change adoption activities
• Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams
