Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a Change Manager to drive adoption of major business initiatives across enterprise programs, ensuring our people receive the support, training and communications needed to navigate change effectively.

You will partner with leaders, shape change strategies, assess readiness, and measure outcomes to improve capability and engagement across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational change and transformation environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across varied audiences.
• Strong capability in communication, facilitation and engagement.
• Ability to identify risks and develop practical mitigation plans.
• Experienced delivering learning and change adoption activities.
• Comfortable working across both technical and non-technical teams.
