Job summary

Tabcorp in Brisbane is seeking an Operational Support Engineer to keep wagering platforms and digital services running smoothly. You’ll help maintain performance, respond to incidents, and support customer experiences in a fast-paced technology environment.

You’ll work with technology teams, document fixes, participate in on-call shifts, and contribute to continuous improvement. A collaborative mindset and strong troubleshooting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business‑critical digital platforms (e.g., wagering platforms or similar)
• Strong capability in troubleshooting complex technical issues
• Ability to prioritise incidents in fast‑paced environments
• Collaborative approach across technical and non‑technical teams
• Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and support systems
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain gaming licences required for the position

Responsibilities

• Support wagering platforms and digital tools used daily
• Investigate and resolve software and hardware incidents quickly
• Monitor system performance and elevate critical issues
• Work with technology teams to improve platform stability
• Document incidents, fixes and support processes clearly
• Contribute to emerging technology and improvement initiatives
• This role includes participation in an on-call support roster outside standard working hours
