Job summary

Tabcorp is seeking a Change Manager to shape how major initiatives are adopted across the business, ensuring our people are supported through change and set up for success. You will drive change across enterprise programs and diverse stakeholder groups to strengthen capability and organisational performance.

Reporting to a senior leader, you’ll connect strategy with execution, delivering communication, training and engagement plans, measuring outcomes, and coaching leaders to navigate change.

Qualifications

• Experience in organisational change and transformation environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across varied audiences.
• Strong communication, facilitation and engagement skills.
• Identify risks and develop practical mitigation plans.
• Experience delivering learning and change adoption activities.
• Comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
