Qualifications

• Experience delivering change management within project or transformation environments.
• Proven stakeholder engagement, relationship-building and facilitation skills.
• Ability to gather information, identify impacts and translate insights into practical actions.
• Experience developing communications, engagement plans and stakeholder artefacts.
• Experience identifying training needs and supporting learning and capability initiatives.
• Adaptable to different stakeholder groups and multiple projects.
