CMC Markets ANZ is seeking an experienced Change Manager for an 18-month max term contract to lead and embed transformational organisational, process and technology change across our online trading platform. The role operates in a regulated financial-services environment with complex stakeholders and a clear path to strategically important B2B stockbroking and transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in organisational change management or business transformation.
• Experience delivering change across complex transformation programs.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the change management strategy across the ANZ transformation programme.
• Assess organisational, operational, technology and customer impacts of proposed changes.
• Create integrated change plans covering people, process, technology and operating model.
• Identify dependencies, risks, resistance points and readiness requirements.
• Establish governance, reporting and measurement for change initiatives.
• Translate future-state processes into impacts for employees and teams.
• Support new operating procedures, workflows, controls and ways of working.
• Improve adoption through communications, training, coaching and reinforcement.
• Ensure changes deliver sustainable improvements beyond new processes or tech.
• Develop audience-appropriate communications explaining what is changing and why.
• Help managers lead teams through change and track progress.
