CMC Markets Stockbroking (CMC) in Sydney is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across the ANZ Programme, including compliance, remediation and new business projects. You will own end‑to‑end delivery, engage with stakeholders, vendors and partners, and drive projects to time and specification.

The role requires 5–6 years in financial services project delivery, strong governance, and hands‑on delivery.

Qualifications

5–6 years experience managing projects or delivering technology solutions in financial services.
Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies across the full SDLC.
Strong governance, planning and delivery best practices.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, milestones and deliverables with stakeholders.
Turn business needs into clear project plans aligned with the roadmap.
Coordinate internal teams, external partners and vendors to keep delivery on track.
Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and report risks and issues.
Maintain project plans, status reports and key documentation.
Plan training and rollout activities with a focus on operational readiness.
Apply change management principles to support adoption.
Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
Coordinate with Marketing for project branding and client communications.
Follow compliance guidelines and regulatory requirements.
