CMC Markets is seeking an experienced Change Manager for an 18-month max term contract to lead and embed transformational organisational, process and technology change across our ANZ transformation programme.

This hands-on role operates in a highly regulated financial-services environment, coordinating with diverse stakeholders to translate transformation objectives into practical changes that support the strategic roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in organisational change management or business transformation.
• Experience delivering change across complex transformation programs.
• Experience in process improvement, operational efficiency or customer-service transformation.
• Experience developing and executing communications, training, readiness and adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management from frontline to executives.
• Strong facilitation, influencing and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work across business, operations and technology teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the change management strategy across the ANZ transformation programme.
• Assess impacts of proposed changes on organisation, operations, technology and customers.
• Develop integrated change plans covering processes, people, technology, operating model and impacts.
• Identify dependencies, risks, resistance points and readiness requirements.
• Establish governance, reporting and measurement for change.
• Translate future-state processes into clear impacts for employees and teams.
• Support development and implementation of new operating procedures, workflows and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption through communications, training and coaching.
• Ensure changes deliver sustainable improvements beyond new processes or technology.
• Develop audience-appropriate communications explaining what is changing and why.

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager for an 18 Month Max Term Contract to lead and embed transformational organisational, process and technology change across our online trading platform. This is a hands on role suited to someone who can operate comfortably in a regulated financial-services environment, navigate complex stakeholder groups and translate transformation objectives into practical changes that will support the CMC strategic roadmap. You will play a key role in preparing for change related to our key B2B white label stockbroking platform projects, internal efficiency and organisational change projects. You will be comfortable operating in a fast paced, highly regulated financial services environment and will bring significant experience approach to managing change. You will have significant experience delivering change management in similar organisations to CMC.

What you’ll be working on?

• Develop and execute the change management strategy and approach across the ANZ transformation programme.
• Assess the organisational, operational, technology and customer impacts of proposed changes.
• Develop integrated change plans covering process, people, technology, operating model and organisational impacts.
• Identify change dependencies, risks, resistance points and readiness requirements.
• Establish appropriate change governance, reporting and measurement.
• Translate future-state processes into clear impacts for employees, teams, roles and responsibilities.
• Support the development and implementation of new operating procedures, workflows, controls and ways of working.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption through effective communications, training, coaching and reinforcement.
• Ensure changes deliver sustainable improvements rather than simply implementing new processes or technology.
• Develop clear, audience-appropriate communications explaining what is changing, why it is changing and what it means for affected people.
• Develop approaches to support managers in leading their teams through change.
• Establish baseline measures and track progress throughout the transformation.

What will help you be successful?

• 5+ years experience in organisational change management, business transformation or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience delivering change across complex business transformation programs.
• Experience working with process improvement, operational efficiency or customer-service transformation.
• Experience developing and executing communications, training, readiness and adoption strategies.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across frontline employees through to senior executives.
• Strong facilitation, influencing and relationship-management skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in financial services, banking, wealth management, payments, fintech or another regulated environment is highly desirable.
