Job summary

Sydney Trains in Burwood, NSW, is seeking a Change Management professional to lead the people side of a large-scale transformation. You will develop and deliver the change strategy, working with senior leaders and unions to ensure readiness and adoption.

The role is fixed-term for up to 10 months with hybrid arrangements, based three days per week in Burwood. You will focus on stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, and benefits realization across a regulated operational environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large-scale transformational programs in complex environments.
• Proven ability to develop enterprise change management strategies.
• Familiar with Prosci or similar change frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the people side of change for a large-scale transformation program.
• Develop and deliver the program’s change management strategy and roadmap.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, business readiness and adoption activities.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and barriers to successful implementation.
