Job summary

Qualifications

• Authentic, collaborative, customer-focused change management professional.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformational programs in complex environments.
• Experience applying change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci).

Responsibilities

• Lead people-side change for a large-scale transformation program.
• Develop and deliver the change management strategy; drive adoption and benefits realization.
• Engage stakeholders, manage risks and issues, and integrate change activities into delivery plans.
