Working closely with operational and maintenance leaders, Human Resources, Human Factors, Employee Relations and frontline teams, you will ensure our people are engaged, prepared and supported throughout this transformation.

You will lead the end-to-end change journey, ensuring the introduction of new technology is successfully embedded into the business while managing workforce impacts, stakeholder expectations and industrial relations considerations.
