Job summary

The Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF) is SA's lead agency for economic, digital and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role in providing financial services to the community and policy advice to the Government of South Australia.

As Change Lead, you will help Super SA's people understand what is changing, why it matters and how they can confidently adopt new ways of working. Your work will strengthen readiness and contribute to better outcomes for members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering organisational change in large or complex environments.
• Ability to influence and guide people towards shared outcomes while building trusted relationships.
• Clear and confident communication with individuals, groups and senior stakeholders.
• Sound judgement and analytical thinking to solve problems and maintain momentum under pressure.
• Translate business needs into practical, fit-for-purpose change strategies.

Remuneration:

ASO6 ($105,747 - $111,854 p.a) + 12% Super

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Bring proven experience delivering organisational change in a large or complex environment.
• Can influence and guide people towards shared outcomes while building trusted working relationships.
• Communicate complex information clearly and confidently with individuals, groups and senior stakeholders.
• Apply sound judgement and analytical thinking to solve problems and maintain momentum under pressure.
