We are currently seeking applications for an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure/Oracle Integration Cloud (OCI/OIC) Enterprise Architect to join the Finance Reform Program (FRP) with Department of Treasury & Finance (DTF). The project is underway and will run through until late 2027.
At the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF), we’re building a world‑class Treasury for South Australia – it’s about the people and the impact we create together.
We’re South Australia’s lead agency for economic, digital and financial policy outcomes. Our work touches every corner of the state, from enabling frontline services to driving digital transformation. And we do it all with one purpose: to make life better for the people who call South Australia home.
The Government’s primary financial management system Masterpiece, used by most SA Government agencies excluding SA Health, is over 30 years old and nearing the end of its service life. The Finance Reform Program is leading a major initiative to replace it with Oracle Fusion and implement best practice processes. This transformation will significantly change how finance functions are performed across agencies and affect a wide range of stakeholders, including finance, ICT, and operations teams.
This role will help shape the future enterprise architecture that underpins a major whole‑of‑government transformation program. By providing strategic technology leadership, you will enable modern, sustainable and integrated digital solutions that support finance services across South Australia and contribute to better government outcomes.
