About the role

TRS Staffing is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to join our client's Adelaide-based team, supporting the delivery of a major mining and metals EPCM project. Working with a globally recognised Tier 1 EPCM organisation, the Change Management Lead will support the effective management of project changes across a large and complex project environment. In this role, you will coordinate change requests, facilitate impact assessments, maintain change records, and ensure approved changes are accurately reflected in project scopes, plans, budgets, and schedules. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in providing clear reporting, maintaining compliance with project processes, and helping drive successful project outcomes through effective change management practices.
