Qualifications

• 10+ years' mining, infrastructure or energy EPCM industry experience.
• 5+ years' experience in project controls or change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of cost, schedule, and risk management.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project change requests through approval.
• Assess impacts to scope, cost, schedule, and risk.
• Work closely with project teams to manage changes effectively.
• Prepare and maintain change documentation, systems and reports.
• Distribute data for updates to budgets, schedules, and forecasts with approved changes.
• Monitor change status and provide regular progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records and support change review meetings.
