Job summary

Fluor Corporation in Adelaide is seeking a Lead HSE to champion safety leadership on a major contracting project. The role reports to the HSS Manager and focuses on compliance, risk management and promoting a proactive safety culture across project and contractor teams.

The position requires extensive HSE experience on large projects, strong knowledge of HSE systems, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Start date is 02 November 2026, with a negotiable daily rate for a contract engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE on major projects, shutdowns or maintenance campaigns.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and workplace inspections.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Work Health and Safety.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, coaching and communication skills.

Responsibilities
