Qualifications

• 10+ years in mining, infrastructure or energy EPCM industries.
• 5+ years in project controls or change management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong cost, schedule and risk management knowledge.
• Experience supporting large-scale projects.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• High analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Current Australian legal working rights.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track project change requests through approval.
• Assess impacts to scope, cost, schedule and risk.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage changes.
• Prepare and maintain change documentation, systems and reports.
• Distribute data for budgets, schedules and forecasts after changes.
• Monitor change status and provide progress updates.
• Maintain accurate records and support change review meetings.
