Job summary

You will partner with business leaders and delivery teams to develop and execute change and communication strategies that boost adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Change Management and Communications.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery transformation, technology change and operating model change.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Proven ability to develop executive and employee communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change and communication plans for transformation programs
• Conduct stakeholder and change impact assessments
• Create leadership messaging, employee communications, presentations and engagement materials
• Support Agile ways of working and organisational change initiatives
