Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a skilled change analyst to conduct discovery and current state analysis across complex operations. You will facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations to uncover pain points, risks and opportunities for improvement.

The role focuses on documenting drivers and presenting evidence-based recommendations to leadership. You will combine analytical storytelling with change-management best practices to support business transformation and deliver

In this role, you'll:

Conduct change discovery and current state analysis to understand the operating environment and identify people, process and system challenges affecting business performance.

This role will see you facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations to uncover pain points, inefficiencies, duplication, risks and constraints, while assessing the impacts of maintaining the current state.

You will document change drivers and improvement opportunities, develop change assessment reports and discovery findings, and apply recognised methodologies, including ADKAR and Prosci, to analyse change impacts.

Working closely with Business Analysts, Data Analysts and subject matter experts, you will build a holistic view of current operations and present evidence based findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

About you
