Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a skilled change analyst to conduct discovery and current state analysis across complex operations. You will facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations to uncover pain points, risks and opportunities for improvement.

The role focuses on documenting drivers and presenting evidence-based recommendations to leadership. You will combine analytical storytelling with change-management best practices to support business transformation and deliver

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in discovery and current state analysis within complex organisations.
• Ability to gather qualitative insights from stakeholders and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Solid understanding of change management frameworks such as ADKAR and Prosci.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and assess operating environments to identify people, process and system challenges.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews and stakeholder consultations to uncover pain points and risks.
• Document change drivers, improvement opportunities and discovery findings for leadership.
• Apply recognised methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci) to analyse change impacts and present evidence-based recommendations.
