Job summary

Randstad Digital in Canberra is seeking a results-driven Change Manager for a 12-month contract, with potential extension, to deliver change management programs on schedule and within budget, aligned with organisational goals.

You will engage stakeholders, conduct and report change impact assessments, identify resistance, and develop proactive strategies to close gaps and drive continuous improvement across projects.

Responsibilities

• Delivering change management and program outcomes on schedule, within budget and aligned with organisational goals and objectives.
• Effectively engaging with stakeholders to conduct and deliver detailed and accurate change impact assessments.
• Identifying and mitigating resistance to change using proactive strategies and interventions.
• Understanding and reporting on change impact as well as identifying overlapping areas and gaps, continuous improvement plans and strategies.
